World Mental Health Day

We’re really pleased to announce that Swami Jyothirmayah will be leading a workshop at the UCO on Mind Management to mark World Mental Health Day.

Swami is a highly regarded teacher and lecturer on yoga and meditation from India. His popularity is such that he travels across the world to packed audiences sharing his knowledge and wisdom. 

He will provide simple but powerful techniques for greater resilience and effectiveness. You too can be successful, stress free and happy through the power of yoga and meditation. 

The workshop taking place on Tuesday 10 October is open to all UCO staff and students and will be held in G02. Entry is on a first come first served basis however those who are unable to get in will be accommodated in room 1.03 with a live broadcast!

Our Vice-Chancellor, Charles Hunt, will give a speech at 12.40pm, and the workshop will follow until 2pm with a Q&A session included.

Students will be allowed to leave the Clinic early to attend if they don't have any patients.
