Francesca qualified as an osteopath in 2000 and continues to work in private practice in addition to her work at the UCO.
Francesca joined the UCO as a clinic tutor in 2003 and has also taught across a range of areas including anatomy, applied practical work, clinical reasoning and clinical development.
She has also completed an MA in Medical Education and is currently an external examiner for Bucks University and Greenwich University, alongside experience as an external examiner in Europe; Francesca is also a reviewer for IJOM.
Francesca is currently the Head of Clinical Practice at the UCO, where she has responsibility for the strategic direction and operational management of the clinic.

She was Academic Council Representative to the Board of Directors from 2013 to 2019.
