Important - Shareholders Notice

Important - For the attention of shareholders who didn’t respond to the sending of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) packs in both 2018 and 2019.

To ensure the accuracy of University College of Osteopathy (UCO) records, the Company Secretary would like to make an enquiry about whether you are still interested in remaining a shareholder of the University College of Osteopathy. Letters with an enclosing a form and a pre-paid envelope to the relevant shareholders have already been sent and emails to those who have supplied an address. The Company Secretary requires you to either return the form or send an email to keep you on our records.

Please note that because the share entitles you to a vote at the AGM, the confirmation must be in writing and it will therefore not be enough to telephone a response. If the Company Secretary has not received confirmation in writing that you still wish to remain a shareholder by Sunday 30 August 2020 and following advice from the UCO solicitors to tidy up our shareholder records, then please be aware that this will be taken as a sign that you have given a transfer notice of your share in favour of the University College of Osteopathy as laid out under Article 16.6 of the University College of Osteopathy Articles of Association. If you have any questions, then please contact the Company Secretary, Allan Scott allan.scott@uco.ac.uk.
