Julie is a full-time Master of Osteopathy (M.Ost) student at the UCO.

I chose to study at the UCO because...

I attended the Access course to get an idea of the UCO before committing to the full-time course. It was a hard decision choosing which osteopathy school to attend as I was impressed by two other schools also. In the end I chose UCO over the others due to location and resources.

I chose osteopathy because...

Healthcare is so important, to help others, to have a flexible and enjoyable career, to challenge myself.

My favourite aspect of the course is...

The broad knowledge and skills that I acquire from the inspirational and intelligent tutors.

My plans for the future are...

To strive for a fulfilling working life where I can work for myself, not work too much and help people. I am not sure in exactly what way yet but I imagine it will become clear in the next few years.

If I were to describe the UCO in one sentence it would be...

A small, supportive college that provides a high level of education and an inclusive environment.

If you were to give one reason why someone would choose to study at the UCO, what would it be?

To really challenge their brain in all kinds of ways, about subjects that are very important to humankind.
